What do we know about the market for roller blinds, blinds and curtains in the UK? The competition is fierce. Other players in the market are playing with big budgets, and websites that post backlinks are very expensive and harder to reach.

How to compete? After carrying out key analyses and competitor research, we have decided to narrow down the list of Lex Blinds categories and start with just one of them. What’s next? Gradually increasing the number of categories.

Could there be a greater challenge than operating in the UK – one of the world’s most expensive markets? Not to mention keywords in competitive product categories… Especially since at the beginning of the cooperation, some of them were not even found in search, and the other half were already in the top-5 to 10 positions. Regardless of these odds, we only had one goal: to make sure we were occupying the top-3 spots.

  • Lex Blinds’ organic traffic has increased by over 200%.
  • The total number of positioned keywords increased by 200%.
  • We almost tripled the number of existing backlinks and increased the authority of the website tenfold.
  • The positions ended up being top-2.
  • Our long-term strategy and the application of competitors’ research has allowed us to not only catch up with them, but also to overtake them.
